Considering response options

I’m looking at the guidelines that suggest using numeric lists for options. I could also propose a brief news summary, maybe around 60 words, and see if the user wants more details. But since the instructions say to ask only when necessary, I’ll provide options instead. Additionally, I could include an immediate translation to English, but that might not be needed right now. I’ll craft a brief question with options.
